This is a very neat little problem
It's white to play and win. You probably will find a solution if you look hard enough but I posted this problem because the author Kasparyan had a very trendy finish and maybe as a chess player you will also appreciate his solution.

Hi James,
Good to see you posting again. We were just thinking about you-a coincidence. Alex and I had fun with your chess problem. He asks "How did the white king get over to the 8th row? Not very powerful."
Hope all is well,
Vince and Alex Tsang
Hi Vince,
Bravo to little Alex for making a good observation! He is absolutely right in most cases it wouldn't be wise to ask the King to take a walk in the park. However in the end game like in this puzzle we witness that with a few pieces traded off the king can be a powerful ally in aiding his troopers to cover key squares to deliver checkmate!
best wishes
James
